Employee Discipline and Wrongful Termination

When an employee is facing discipline or termination, we help employees preserve their rights.  We offer timely consultations and advise employees on how to advocate for themselves when they are facing discipline, investigation, or termination.

If an employee is terminated, we help employees exhaust their appeal rights and navigate the administrative and litigation process.  This includes identifying possible claims; filing charges with administrative agencies, such as the CCRD, EEOC, and OSHA; filing wage complaints and demands; initiating litigation in state, federal, or administrative court; and litigating disputes through discovery, motions, and trial.  We also advise employees on whether to consider mediation, mediation strategies, and other dispute resolution options.
