Thank you for scheduling your appointment.

You will receive a confirmation email with your appointment time to the email address you submitted.  Please check your spam folder if you do not see this email.

Preparing for your Consultation

Before your consultation, please send any relevant employment documents to documents@tavaemploymentlaw.com with the title “Consultation Documents” and the date of your consultation. Relevant documents may include employment agreements, severance agreements, performance evaluations, written discipline, or communications with your employer. That said, please do not share any documents that are confidential, belong to your employer, or are otherwise legally prohibited from being shared.

Also, please ensure that all emails to our firm are sent and received from a personal email account and your personal computer. Do not send or receive emails from any other account or device, especially work-provided accounts and devices.

Representation and Conflicts

By requesting an appointment with us, you agree that Tava Employment Law is not your legal representative at this time and has not promised to represent you. We are a small firm and are unable to represent every client who wishes to engage us.

Appointment requests will be reviewed as soon as possible. If the firm is unable to meet with you due to a conflict or is unable to take your matter, the firm will contact you as soon as possible by email or phone, cancel your consultation request, and refund your consultation fee.

If you believe that you are facing a legal deadline that may expire before your scheduled consultation time, please seek other counsel. Scheduling an appointment with us will not toll any legal deadlines.

Please reach out to us at hello@tavaemploymentlaw.com if you did not receive a confirmation email or have any further questions.  We look forward to working with you.
